Orders placed on www.venieris-shop.gr on working days until 16:00 and provided the product is available, are usually delivered in 1-3 days in the Attica basin. For the rest of the regions the tradition differs depending on the region.

COLLECTION FROM THE STORE
Our store is open Monday & Wednesday 8:30 - 17:00, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:30 - 20:00, Saturday 8:30 - 15.00
SHIPPING BY COURIER
For your convenience, the shipment of your order is made by the cooperating courier companies ACS Courier and General Post.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipments within Athens the charge is € 3.00.
The charge for each extra kg is € 1.00.
Shipping to the rest of Greece the charge is € 4.00.
The charge for each extra kg is € 1.50.
Pay on delivery
Additional fee € 2.00.
Usually, our products are lighter than two (2) kg. In case of higher charge due to weight you will be informed before shipment.
For large orders, bulk parcels, etc., shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis, provided that a telephone consultation with the customer has preceded.
In case of return the shipping costs to the customer, the product must be in its packaging and not used.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time depends on the availability of products chosen by the customer.
- Once the customer orders, we process the order and only inform him if there is a shortage of product.
- Immediately available products need 2-3 working days to be delivered.
- Products that are not immediately available usually need 4-6 working days to be delivered.
- For special orders from abroad the delivery time can be extended from 10 days up to 1 month per case. This version will be preceded by a telephone consultation with the customer.
- All deliveries by the courier company are made from Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 and Saturday with extra charge.
- Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders can be extraordinary events, such as: general strikes, extraordinary weather events, pandemics, etc.
